Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please report the issue within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot investigate claims reported after this period due to carrier policy limitations.
Customs & Import Duties

For orders shipped within the EU Customs Union (up to €150), VAT and duties are included in your purchase.

Exceptions (e.g., Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, French overseas regions) are not covered by EU VAT/IOSS rules, and additional charges may apply.
